In April 2018, US chef José Andrés opened his second FISH by José Andrés restaurant at The Cove, a deluxe beachside resort located on Paradise Island in The Bahamas. Layers of colour capture the spirit of the ocean, and suspended from the ceiling, a giant handmade wood veneer koi, part of the life-size collection by LZF, has a wonderfully ethereal beauty.
In an exhibition without precedent and curated by Isidro Ferrer himself and the writer Grassa Toro, the poster collection, together with the original pieces that appear in them, can be seen in the Paraninfo Gallery of the University of Zaragoza (Spain) until January 12th, 2019.
